The biggest week of the 2023 high school football season has arrived with several SBLive/Sports Illustrated Power 25 matchups that have national championship implications.

The biggest game was top-ranked Mater Dei facing No. 7 St. John Bosco in Southern California - and it wasn't close. The Braves shut out the Monarchs 28-0, a result that will shake up the SBLive/Sports Illustrated Power 25 national rankings.

Across the country in Georgia, No. 4 Buford (6-1) was stunned by No. 12 Mill Creek (7-0) 31-24 in a game with national championship implications.
